Ms Eithne Irving: ADA Deputy CEO, General Manager Advocacy, Media & Professional Services

As the Deputy Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of Advocacy, Media and Professional Services,  Eithne has responsibility for a wide range of issues affecting the dental profession. With extensive experience in both clinical and regulatory environments, Eithne has unique access to government and regulatory bodies bureaucracy that ensures the ADA’s voice is heard at all levels. She represents the ADA on a number of external bodies where she is a knowledgeable and an articulate advocate for the dental profession.

Dr Chris Sanzaro: ADA Deputy Chair/Vice-President & Board Director

Dr Chris Sanzaro, principal dentist and director of The Dental Surgery Newstead, in Tasmania’s Launceston, brings his experience from South Australia, Victoria and Queensland to his position on the Board of the ADA. In his dental practice, Chris enjoys working with children & adults and has a strong interest in prevention, complex case management, and working with specialist dentists to achieve the best outcomes. Chris’s philosophy for treating patients is that ‘long term goals form the treatment plan for the short-term’. 

Ms Nina Krstic: Executive Manager, Commonwealth Bank

Nina leads a team of highly experienced healthcare banking professionals, focussing on providing exceptional service, deep industry insights and tailored solutions to businesses in the Health industry. Nina has over 15 years banking experience across various roles in strategy, private wealth management and business development. Nina holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in Finance.

Mr Sean Perera: Chief Technology Officer, Centaur Software

Sean Perera has over 20 years of experience in the Australian dental industry, with 15 years as a Data and Business Intelligence Analyst. He specialises in generating business intelligence from various data sources and assisting practices in making appropriate business management decisions based on insights gained. Sean’s technical knowledge in dental Business Information Systems, practical knowledge of dental practice operations, and Master of Business Administration (MBA) enable him to analyse information across multiple dimensions, delivering comprehensive business solutions. Sean currently holds the position of Chief Technology Officer at Centaur Software, creators of Dental4Windows.
